Check in between 3pm and 6pm please advise us of the approximate time of your arrival. If you need to check in after 8pm you must arrange this in advance as late check ins without notice may not be accepted or may be considered as a no show and the room may no longer be available. Check out is by 10am on your day of departure. No smoking throughout (including from balconies and windows) - a charge of £100 is applied to guests who smoke in their rooms as it increases the risk of fire and to cover the replacement of bedding and specialist cleaning. Please do not consume takeaway meals in your room. It is possible to eat these in the Dining Room subject to prior arrangement. Sorry, we DO NOT accept Stag or Hen parties. All breakages, damages and losses must be reported as soon as possible. Some of our rooms have Saniflo macerators installed and the cost of repair for any damage caused by the flushing of foreign objects will be recharged in full. We charge the replacement cost of damaged or missing items including towels, furniture etc. The Gresham management reserves the right to draw the cost of all repairs, damage and replacements from any payment card held on file in the reservation during or after the reservation. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and anyone who causes excessive noise or nuisance will be asked to leave without refund. Only guests who are staying are permitted in the building unless by special arrangement in advance as our insurance does not cover non residents. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who arrive with more people than the maximum number for the room type. If additional rooms are available these must be added for the additional persons. If entry is refused no refund will be given. There are 1 hour parking spaces close to the hotel for loading and unloading. We do have a limited number of guests parking permits available for use in the long-stay car parks. These require a £20 deposit. Bookings must be paid for using a valid credit or debit card prior to arrival. Please note that payment is due in line with the room rate selected. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is taken on booking with full payment taken 48 hours before arrival. If you have chosen our discounted, non-refundable rate, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings made via agents may be subject to different terms. Please make a note of your booking reference which will be emailed to you in your confirmation email as this may be needed if you contact us or an agent to make any changes to your booking.
