Villa Lavinia is a Victorian town house located in Ventnor. It has been renovated to a hi gh standard whilst retaining much of it’s original detailing such as the carved gothic staircase and ornate cornicing. This self-catering property can accommodate up to 10 guests offering: 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms or shower-rooms, separate wc, large kitchen/lounge/dining area and utility room.

This delightful cottage sleeps up to 4 guests is situated opposite the duckpond in beautiful Bonchurch village and is perfectly located next to several walking paths and a few minutes walk away from Bonchurch beach. There is unrestricted parking just a short distance along Bonchurch Village Road. Bustling Ventnor town with its shops, restaurants and beach is about a 15 minute walk away or a couple of minutes in a car.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan living / dining room with comfy sofas, flat screen smart tv, and dining table and chairs leading to a compact galley kitchen with microwave, electric oven and washing machine. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with king size bed (5ft) with pretty views overlooking the village pond and to the rear a twin room (which can become another double) and bathroom with shower over bath. To the rear there is a small gated courtyard which is perfect for storing bicycles and to the front there is a paved terrace with picnic table and chairs which overlooks the village pond.
