Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking out with 4 weeks of 9am on the day of arrival is free of charge. Only the non-refundable deposit is lost in these circumstances. If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of 9am on the morning of arrival, the first night of the stay only will be charged, should the room remain unfilled. If a booking is cancelled within 1 week of 9am on the morning of arrival, full payment is taken for the booking, unless the rooms are re-sold. Partially re-sold rooms will result in a partial refund, and a full refund will be given if all the rooms are re-sold.
