Llety Cynin operates a ‘Non Smoking’ policy throughout the public areas along with all of the bedrooms. The policy enables us not only to meet legal requirements, but also to create a comfortable environment for all of our guests to enjoy. Should we believe that guests have been smoking in the bedrooms, or any other parts of the building, a smoking fee of £150 will be charged for deep cleaning and any re-decorating and they will also be asked to leave the premises. Check-In time will need to be pre-booked to avoid overcrowding at reception. We will contact you to confirm this before your stay. Should you arrive early, we ask that you remain in your car and call reception on 01994 232773 to check if it's convenient to come in. Payments will be taken in full 48 hours before your arrival. Unfortunately we will no longer be able to service your room during your stay. However we will be able to provide you with fresh towels and other items upon request. All ironing boards and hairdryers can be requested in advance or during your stay. We will have locally produced hand sanitiser available in each room, which you're welcome to take home with you. Should you not be well enough to travel before your stay, you must cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy remains at 48 hours. If your booking is within this time frame, we will be happy to re-arrange your stay for another date within 1 - 6 months of the original date. Bookings cancelled outside of the 48 hour window will be free of charge, as normal. If you become unwell during your stay, you must return to your home immediately. We will not be able to accommodate any period of isolation, in order to protect our staff and customers.
