Cancellation Policy
We would prefer not to charge for cancellations but may do so if we cannot sell a room that has been cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount less a 5% admin fee to cover booking expenses. For cancellations made less than 14 days before 3pm on the day of arrival no refund will be issued unless we manage to re-book the room. We suggest you check you have travel insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including illness and adverse travel conditions.
