Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible. On requesting a specific room we will endeavour to allocate said room, but unfortunately there are times when rooms will need to be moved. As stated our rooms are all sea-facing with the exception that the view can be obstructed by the trees opposite in the spring/summer months. The boat house, whilst having a wonderful view, is up a steep incline. The entire building is a non-smoking building and all customers are responsible for their own personal possessions. The Restaurant is closed Sunday evenings, with exception of some Bank holiday weekends. Dinner, bed and breakfast packages are available and come at different prices depending on the occasion. Please contact us for more information. Thank you. CANCELLATION POLICY We have a 48hr cancellation policy from the arrival date; full payment will be taken in case of a no show. For group bookings of 4 rooms and over and bookings of 4 nights and over a week's cancellation will apply. We also have a week's cancellation policy for New Year's Eve.
