Terms & Conditions

By making this booking you have agreed to the terms and conditions below, please take a few minutes to read through them, they will also be available in your room when you arrive. Dog policy - We allow dogs in most but not all, of our rooms. This is to allow for guests who have allergies to them. Regrettably, therefore, if dogs are taken into rooms where they are not permitted there will be a supplementary charge for deep cleaning the room after your departure. If in doubt, before you bring your dog into the room, please check with us. In any event you are requested to keep dogs on the ground floor area only where hard floors can be more easily cleaned. If you do allow you dog to roam upstairs then there will be a charge of £150 to cover the costs of deep cleaning the room. Dogs are also allowed in the pub in certain areas, please let the team know when booking your table. This is after all a lovely area to walk in so why not bring your four legged friend! (and the necessary bag required for clean ups!) Please note that where there may be sheep in the fields, you dog MUST be kept on a lead. (Complimentary dog treats are available for the well behaved guests!) Smoking policy – There is a strict no smoking policy in all our bedrooms, this also includes Vaping. There is a smoking shelter between the rooms and the pub which is lit at night when in use. Regrettably, if you do smoke in our rooms then there will be a charge of £150 to cover the costs of deep cleaning the room. If you believe your room has been used for smoking prior to your arrival please alert the team immediately on check in. Security – You will need to close your accommodation door behind you please check that it has locked. Should you wish to store any items away for security there is a safe in the cupboard by the door in your room. Damage - We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the pub/barn's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after you have departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to your credit / debit card. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. Sofabed - We kindly ask that if you wish to close or open up your sofabed during your time with us, please let us do it for you, they can be tricky & we are experts; after all you are our guest so just relax and let us do any work needed! Please note that the Pub is closed on Sunday evenings, Mondays all day at present, however please contact us to arrange light in room dining options in advance of your arrival. Our bedrooms are located in the back corner of the garden so when you arrive please leave your luggage in the car and we can help you with it when we show you over to your room. These country roads can take some getting used to! We regret that we do not accept American Express nor do we accept payment by cheque. Payment for your room will be taken on arrival from the card used to make you booking unless you wish to use an alternative card.
