BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Hello, Thanks for choosing to stay with us, we are looking forward to welcoming you. Please do contact us if you'd like to discuss anything in regards to your upcoming booking – reservations@peachpubs.com Advance Purchase Rates If you have selected a pre-paid (Advance Purchase) rate, this is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. However should your plans drastically change for reasons out of your control, please do contact us at least 48 hours’ prior to your arrival date to see what we can do. Please note our rates do change daily so an extra cost may occur if we are able to move the date for you. Flexible Rates Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to 3pm on your arrival date. If you do have to cancel within twenty four hours’ of your due arrival you will incur a charge amounting to no more than your first night’s total rate. This will be debited from the card details given at the time of booking. For bookings of five or more rooms we require 2 weeks’ notice for full cancellations. When cancelling, please ask for your cancellation reference number. Please note this policy applies too all bookings made direct, or via a third-party booking agent. If you have not booked direct, please cancel your booking with them directly Please note we only accept card payments for bedrooms. All our rooms have the added bonus of great pub just down the stairs. Check-In You are welcome to arrive early. Check-in is from 3pm, but if your room is ready sooner then you are welcome to use it immediately. If it is not going to be ready before 3pm we are happy to store your luggage in the meantime. On the day of your departure, in order that our next guests can check in on time, check-out is at 11am. For a small extra charge it may be possible to arrange a later check-out. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would prefer a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you. The Town House is an unmanned property. You will be sent a door code for self check-in prior to arrival date. A door code needs to be issued to gain access. Full pre-payment is required before door codes are issued. Please call immediately to arrange this if you are booking after 8pm for same day arrival on 01212277068 Breakfast Breakfast is served in The High Field Pub Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 10.45am, Saturday and Sunday 8am until 10.45am. Sunday 8am – 10.45am. There is no reception but if you have any questions during your stay, please pop over to the team in the pub or call us on 0121 647 6454. Parking If you're driving to us, our postcode is B15 3DP, or we are a 10 minute ride from Birmingham Train Stations. We have car parking available, although limited, and when busy, is offered on first come basis. Please park in one of the marked spaces in the car park to the side of the hotel and display the permit promptly, which you'll find in your room. Please note there is one car parking space allocated per room, If you have more than one car, please pay and display. Smoking The Town House is entirely smoke-free and fitted with sensitive smoke-detectors. A cleaning charge of £150 will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or in the public areas. We also reserve the right, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorise us, to charge your payment card for any damage caused during your stay (including but not limited to the need for specialist cleaning) or for the removal of any items from the rooms. Dogs We love well-behaved dogs with some rooms available so your ‘other’ best friend can come with you. It’s just an extra cost of £15 per dog, per night including a rasher of bacon or sausage for breakfast. If you’re bringing your four legged friend, call us directly as we cannot take online bookings. Dogs are very welcome in the bar, as long as they are polite and kept on a lead. Let us know if your dog is thirsty, we are happy to keep them watered.
