Please do contact us if you'd like to discuss anything in regards to your upcoming booking – reservations@peachpubs.com If you have selected a pre-paid rate (Advanced Purchase), the rate is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. However, should your plans drastically change for reasons out of your control, please do contact us at least 48 hours' prior to your arrival date to see what we can do. Please note our rates do change daily so an extra cost may occur if we are able to move the date for you. For Flexible rates, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy - if you can no longer make your reservation, please let us know by 3pm, one day prior to your arrival and obtain a cancellation reference number. Late cancellation will result in a charge for your first nights' stay. Please note this policy applies to all bookings made direct, or via a third-party booking agent. If you have not booked direct, please cancel your booking with them directly. If your room is part of a multi-booking, please refer to your original confirmation email to confirm your cancellation terms. Please note we only accept card payments for bedrooms. Please ensure to inform us before arrival should you need assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation so we can ensure plans are in place. If you're driving to us, our postcode is GU6 8AU, or we are a 10 minute ride from Bramley & Wonersh Train Station. Here at the Richard Onslow there is a small car park behind the pub reserved for hotel guests, this is restricted to 1 space per hotel room. Go past the front of the pub and down the private road called Onslow Mews, under the arch you will find the spaces on the right hand side. In the event that this is full there is on street parking outside of the pub for 1 hour limit as well as pay and display car parks in the village. You are welcome to arrive early. Check-in is from 3pm, guests need to be checked in before the pub closes. We do not have a 24 hour check-in desk, we are unable to accommodate check-ins after the pub closes, if you think you will get to us after 10pm, please contact us so we can discuss possible options. If your room isn't ready when you arrive, you can join us in the bar, or we can look after your bags if you want to leave them with us. So our other guests can check in on time we kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11am.  We operate a non smoking policy and as per our terms, a cleaning charge of £150 will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or in the public areas. We also reserve the right, by booking a room with us you authorise us to charge your payment card for any damage caused during your stay (including but not limited to the need for specialist cleaning or replacement of damaged items) or for the removal of any items from the rooms. along with any other room damage caused or items missing. For our full terms please click here. You'll find a hairdryer in your room, and should you need an iron or ironing board, or something else, please let us know. Some rooms are dog friendly, please reach out to us to book in your doggy pal at £15 per dog per night. You'll find our full breakfast menu served in the pub in the morning, check with the team on what time you can join us from. We don't have any phones in our rooms, but if you do need to make a call, you are welcome to do so from the pub. If there's anything we can do to improve your stay, please talk to us. If you require a taxi during your stay we suggest booking in advance. Flexible Rates Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to 3pm on your arrival date. If you do have to cancel within twenty four hours’ of your due arrival you will incur a charge amounting to no more than your first night’s total rate. This will be debited from the card details given at the time of booking. For bookings of five or more rooms we require 2 weeks’ notice for full cancellations. When cancelling, please ask for your cancellation reference number Check-In You are welcome to arrive early. Check-in is from 3pm, but if your room is ready sooner then you are welcome to use it immediately. If it is not going to be ready before 3pm we are happy to store your luggage in the meantime. On the day of your departure, in order that our next guests can check in on time, check-out is at 11am. For a small extra charge it may be possible to arrange a later check-out. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would prefer a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not operate a 24-hour check-in desk – if you are planning to arrive after 10.30pm, please advise us prior to arrival in order that we can arrange to let you in. Parking We have parking available behind the pub building, although parking is limited and on a first come first served basis. For SatNav users, our address is The Richard Onslow, 113-117 High Street, Cranleigh, GU6 8AU. Smoking The Richard Onslow is entirely smoke-free and fitted with sensitive smoke-detectors. A cleaning charge of £150 will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or in the public areas. We also reserve the right, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorise us, to charge your payment card for any damage caused during your stay (including but not limited to the need for specialist cleaning) or for the removal of any items from the rooms. Dogs We love well-behaved dogs with some rooms available so your ‘other’ best friend can come with you. It’s just an extra cost of £15 per dog, per night including a rasher of bacon or sausage for breakfast. If you’re bringing your four legged friend, call us directly as we cannot take online bookings. Dogs are very welcome in the bar, as long as they are polite and kept on a lead. Let us know if your dog is thirsty, we are happy to keep them watered.
