Check-In/Check-Out Hotel check-in time is from 3:00pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability however you may leave luggage with us prior to check in and we would endeavor to have your room ready as soon as possible. Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. **Please note all of our rooms are non-smoking. Parking Please note that there are limited parking spaces on the hotel premises and we can only offer them on a first come first serve basis. If when you arrive to check in at The Raeburn there is no available spaces there is ample on-street parking which is free between the hours of 5.30pm and 8.30am Monday-Friday and at weekends.
