Admiral Double/Twin £130.00 for 1 night

  • The Admiral room is on the top floor and has magnificent views across Elie Bay. It is our largest room and has an en suite bathroom with a slipper bath and separate walk in shower, with luxurious bath robes for each guest. The room has a lovely bay window seat where you can sit and admire the views.
    All our rooms can be configured as twins so please indicate when booking if you would prefer twin beds.

Captain Double/Twin £110.00 for 1 night

  • All our Captain rooms have fantastic views over Elie Bay. Two are on the first floor and one on the top floor. These rooms are slightly smaller than the Admiral room but all good sizes with en suite bathrooms with walk in showers
    As with all our rooms they can be configured as king size double or twin beds. Please indicate when booking you if you would like the beds to be made up as singles.

Superior Double/Twin £100.00 for 1 night

  • Our superior rooms are our smaller rooms but both still beautifully formed but without the views over Elie Bay. Our Superior rooms are our 2 dog friendly rooms. One is located on the ground floor, and the other is located on the first floor. These Superior rooms both have en suite bathrooms. The one on the ground floor has a walk in shower and the one on the second floor having a bath with a shower over it. There is a £15 surcharge per dog per stay.
    Like all our rooms, the superior rooms can be configured as twins. Please indicate when booking if you would prefer single beds.

Terms & Conditions

Please check your confirmation straight away. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible.

We do not have a lift in the property but we do have wheelchair access. We have 1 ground floor room, so please advise us of any mobility problems as soon as possible.

Smoking policy: smoking is not allowed in any of our bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged at a minimum of £100.

Damages, breakages & anti-social behaviour: please respect our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage but we will send an invoice for repair if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue, if we are unable to re-let your room the night following your stay.

We are a dog friendly hotel. We have 2 dog friendly bedrooms, our Superior rooms, so please indicate if you wish to bring a dog and we can arrange this for you where availability allows. Dogs are permitted in our bar area and our downstairs restaurant.
There is an additional charge of £15.00 per dog per stay.

Arrival: check in is between 4pm and 11pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 11pm so we can make suitable arrangements.
While we always try our best to have each room ready as early as possible for guests, we cannot gaurantee room access until 4pm each day. The hotel reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non-operational. We do not guarantee specific room requests, but we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Dining: we always recommend pre-booking a table to dine with us in the evening. We do get very busy over the weekends and throughout the Summer, so to ensure you have your preferred time slot, please contact us or simply book online as soon as possible.

Breakfast: breaskfast is included in your room rate, and is served each morning in our upstairs restaurant from 8am - 10am. Please pre advise us if there are any diatery requirements to note for breakfast.

Departure: please be ready to leave your room by 11am on the day of departure. Your bill for the accommodation, food and any extras during your stay is payable on departure at the bar.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/non-arrival: in the case of cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival there is no charge, however any cancellations received within 48 hours prior to your arrival, there will be a cancellation charge to the equivalent of your first night's stay.

Change of booking details: reservations may be amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.Where the Booking permits, any change to the arrival date, departure date or room type is subject to availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change.
