Room 1 - UA Room
Our Universal Access bedroom is a ground-floor bedroom with its own private access door that leads out to stunning views of the fields ahead. This room has a cosy double bed, a wet room with a shower and in-room coffee-making facilities.
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs in this bedroom.
Room 2 - King or Twin
This bedroom can be made into a spacious king-size bed or a twin bedroom. It is located on the first floor with ensuite facilities.
This room features a flat-screen television, en-suite with a corner shower and in-room tea and coffee-making facilities.
Booking more than 3 rooms? Please note that we have a different cancellation policy for group bookings - you must let us know up to 14 days before if you are unable to attend your reservation. Any cancellations within 14 days of your booking date are subject to a charge of the first night's stay across all rooms from the head booker's card.

Our cosy double rooms are the perfect place to unwind after a long day or night. A double bed and full en-suite facilities including a shower and continental breakfast are standard. You'll enjoy a great night's sleep in our double room.
The room includes a smart flatscreen TV with USB facilities along with tea and coffee-making facilities.
Some of our doubles allow dogs - if you wish to bring along your four-legged friend please call us on 01260 224809 or add as an extra when booking online and we will be happy to assist (please note there is a £10pn charge for dogs)
