• All reservations must be secured by the provision of credit/debit card details in order to guarantee the booking. Also the SAME CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD MUST BE PRODUCED ON CHECKIN WITH ID. • We require a £100 holding fee for every booking made at the Who'd A Thought It, this will be secured on your card and released 5 days after your stay. You will be asked for this at check in. • All rooms are strictly non-smoking and only 2 persons to a room. An additional charge will be levied if this restriction is not observed. • Any damage to, or loss from, rooms will be chargeable. • In the very unlikely event of any problems arising during your stay, please notify the management immediately, so that issues can be addressed at the time. We want you to be happy and it is difficult to resolve such matters retrospectively. • Breakfast is served from 9:30am - 11:00am • Please be aware that ALL Sundays before bank holiday Mondays will be charged at a weekend rate. • All rooms are strictly for two adults only. Please be aware we are not a 24hr checkin service. If you are wanting to checkin later than 11.00pm ( 9.00pm Sunday )please contact the hotel directly to arrange a checkin time. • Full payment for any room will be taken 7 days prior to arrival date • Check in from 3:30pm and check out by 11:00am
