Terms and Conditions Please make sure you read the terms and conditions set out below. Once you have made a booking with us you have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. Room Rates Rates are per room, per night and are inclusive of the standard VAT rate. Room requirements The hotel will make every possible effort to ensure that our guests’ requirements are met. However, all rooms are subject to availability and we apologise if specific requirements can not be accommodated. Non – smoking rooms Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this will incur a minimum charge of £100 to cover cleaning costs; this will be debited from the credit or debit card used to guarantee the reservation. Reservations We can not hold reservations open without a credit/debit card guarantee. Arrival and Departure Check in is 13pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11am on the day of departure. Late check outs are charged at £20 per room and are subject to availability.
