Terms & Conditions

Damages You will be expected to treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in the Property, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, you should report them promptly and before check-out. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage caused during your stay. Any breakages / damages/ loss that does occur during your stay may result in a charge to your credit/debit card you used when booking. Payment The rental fee must be paid no later than 14 days before the commencement of your stay (the “Due Date”). If we don’t receive your payment by the Due Date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation. Data & Privacy We take Data Protection seriously and in accordance with GDPR and other Data Protection legislation, we will only collect and hold your personal data for the purposes of your Booking. All personal data is kept securely, and access is limited to the purpose and administration involved in processing your Booking. You can request details of what personal data we hold at any time by submitting a Data Subject Access Request to Retreats@yeovalleyfarms.co.uk. Your personal data will only be kept for the duration of your stay and for up to 14 days following the departure, providing there is no retention of your Deposit in accordance with Clause 4 above. We reserve the right to extend this period of retention should there be any disputes arising from the Booking. General Conditions of Booking No parties or events unless this has been agreed with us beforehand. We reserve the right to terminate the Booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason. We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes. Check-in is 15.00 on the first day unless otherwise agreed in advance. Check-out is by 10.00 on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. Vaping or smoking anywhere inside the Property is forbidden and will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at your expense. The Property is not wheelchair friendly A maximum of 3 well behaved dogs are welcome. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and are liable for any breakages / damage / loss caused in or around the Property. There may be livestock in the surrounding fields of the Property, so dogs must be kept on leads when outside the Property. There is a charge of £25 for your dog & £10 for an additional dog. This will be included in the total to be charged. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. This will be charged from the credit/debit card used when booking. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned to the correct place indicated in your welcome email at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged from the credit/debit card used when booking. You may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property. We shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the building or grounds. We will make reasonable efforts to repair such malfunction within 24 hours of being notified. We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to any of your personal belongings whilst staying at the Property. All inventory must remain in the Property. We reserve the right to terminate a Booking without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the Booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others. Any problem or complaint which you may have concerning your holiday must be immediately reported directly to us and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and only reported after the client has left the Property will not be considered. We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice. The welcome pack in the Property should be read and understood on arrival. This property is privately owned. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property and the surrounding area with the same respect that they would with their own house.
