We will ask for a card number when you book and automatically charge your deposit 8 days before arrival We promise to be as Flexible as possible but, once paid, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless we can successfully re-let your accommodation should you be unable to travel If you are part of a group booking - to avoid any confusion - we will only take instructions from the organiser If you've booked through an online Travel Agent: please refer directly to them should you change your plans
