If you make any amendments between now and check in you should expect another e-mail. Please check dates and rates and that we have fully understood your preferences as we want to be certain we get it "just right" * We are located in the beautiful Ceiriog Valley - 10 miles from Llangollen and 5 miles from Chirk; the valley is very quiet in the daytime so please note few places serve lunch. If you've booked through an online travel agent please double check you fully understand this is a remote location before you stay * The best route to The Mulberry Inn is to avoid or pass through Llangollen and come here via Chirk which also avoids going over Welsh mountains; DO NOT RELY ON SAT NAV OR PHONE MAPS - these will both bring you on narrow mountain roads so we suggest instead you head first to Chirk and then take the B4500 as far as Dolywern which is much easier - detailed travel instructions can be found on our website too if it helps * Your room will be ready from 3pm * If your Confirmation indicates a room number/name please note these can alter until the day of arrival. * Any of the following can be added onto your booking but do check these are on your confirmation e-mail: - synthetic bedding - your pet dog - flowers - chocolates. * Twin beds can be pre-booked in superior and deluxe rooms and if chosen will also show on your e-mail. * Most guestrooms are upstairs; if you need our ground floor room please check with us and we will confirm availability. * Our bedding is luxurious Duck down - if you prefer Synthetic pillows or duvet(s) please advise a day or more before arrival and our Housekeeper will arrange this for you; this will then show on your confirmation e-mail * Our bar is open for drinks from around 1pm most afternoons * Dinner is served from 6pm till 8pm - simply choose a time at check in and then each day onwards according to your plans * Guests on dinner-inclusive terms have a fixed amount (£30 per person from 3rd April 2023) towards dinner each evening which provides for a standard main course and either a starter or a sweet after 6.30pm or - for "Early Bird's" - all 3-courses before 6.30pm. Groups of 10 or more have special daily menus. If your package includes any free drinks these will be mentioned in the e-mail * Guests with dogs can enjoy dinner in the bar and can check with Reception to arrange "dog-friendly" dining for breakfast too; for the comfort of all guests your pet must always be on his or her lead please when not in the room. For everyone's benefit please do not simply turn up with dogs unless it's clearly confirmed in writing from us to you * For the comfort of other guests no Takeaway meals please; no Smoking indoors of course * Reception is open daily until around 11pm - the outside doors are locked around the same time; the bar is open each evening until 11(ish) too; check-out time on the last morning is 11am please We very much hope you will enjoy your stay
