Cancellation Policy

DIRECT BOOKINGS (made via hotel's own site or via direct contact with hotel reception). >Bed & Breakfast Pay On Arrival Rate: 48hr cancellation policy whereby any cancellations received in the TWO days prior to expected arrival are charged £50 per room. Any cancellations received THREE OR MORE days prior to expected arrival are subject to £0 fee. Notification of cancellation request must be made to the hotel via email. >Bed & Breakfast Advanced Rate: Non-refundable rate, payment made at time of booking. Room is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS (made via an OTA such as Booking.com or Expedia). >Room Only Pay On Arrival: 48hr cancellation policy whereby any cancellations received in the TWO days prior to expected arrival are charged £50 per room. Any cancellations received THREE OR MORE days prior to expected arrival are subject to £0 fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted to the original booking source not to the hotel itself. > Room Only Advanced Rate: Non-refundable rate, payment is due any time between booking and date of check in. Room is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled. Group bookings are subject to a 7 day cancellation period and a deposit may be required at time of booking.
