DIRECT BOOKINGS >All rooms booked directly with hotel are on a Bed&Breakfast basis. Our full breakfast menu can be found on the "OUR FOOD" section of our website. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS (made via an OTA such as Booking.com or Expedia) >All rooms booked via a third party online travel agent are on a Room ONLY basis. Breakfast can be purchased during your stay. Credit/debit card details are required to secure all rooms at time of booking. We cannot provisionally book any room. Payment is required at time of booking for all advanced payment rates. Pay On Arrival rates will not be charged unless a cancellation is received within TWO days of expected arrival. Group bookings are subject to a 7 day cancellation period and a deposit may be required at time of booking. Children are welcome and a baby/toddler under 2 can be accommodated in a cot in most rooms (except Mini Doubles) for no extra charge. An extra bed for older children is charged at £15 per night (these extra beds are not available in Mini Doubles). All requests must be made at time of booking and confirmed with our reception team. Please note there are no adjoining rooms. Check-in is 3-11pm each day. All guests must arrive to check-in and collect their keys before 11pm. Any later arrivals must phone 24-48hours in advance to arrange an after-hours check in with our night manager. Once checked-in, guests have 24-hour access to the hotel via the guest night entrance. Your room key is required to open this door and all guests should ensure they know the location of the guest night entrance before leaving the hotel. Guests are reminded to respect other guests when moving around the building, especially after 11pm and before 8am. Guests are not to bring additional people back to their rooms or to let people in via the night entrance. The hotel and all its rooms/corridors are strictly no smoking. Smoking cleaning charges are £200 per night. Any damages to the hotel and/or its fixtures and fittings must be paid for. The credit/debit card used to secure the room may be charged for any such smoking/repair fees. Check out is 11am. Lost keys are charged at £50 per set.
