Direct Bookings; All deposits are taken to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final bill. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your arrival day will result in loss of first night. Group Bookings / SELF CATERING COTTAGE More than 2 weeks prior to arrival - no charge Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - First nights' accommodation will be payable. Less than 1 week prior to arrival - First- & second nights' accommodation will be payable. During local festivals times such as Hay Literature Festival & Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, an altered cancellation policy applies which is non-refundable for full stay value.
