Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy The guest agrees to pay charges to Connaught House Hotel in the event of cancellation of the booking without two days (48 hours) prior notice or if the guest and/or their guests fail to take up the booking at the time and on the day specified in the agreement. The hotel must receive all amendments or cancellations two days (48 hours) prior to arrival in order to avoid charges. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
