Every room in our hotel is well-equipped to provide you with your own beautiful space where you can rest and feel completely comfortable. When you stay in any of our accommodations, you will want to stay longer, or visit again the next time you’re in Norwich. Please note the Apartments, are located 1 minute walk, across the road from The Georgian Town House. Payments: The hotel reserves the right to pre authorise and/or charge the nominated Credit/Debit Card submitted as a guarantee within 48 hours of arrival. Advance Non Refundable Purchase Rates - A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures. (Booking.com and Expedia) Deposit Policy for Third Party Website Bookings: Please note that reservations made through a 3rd Party Website will be charged if cancelled within 5 days of arrival. Please note: We are now Cash Free - All forms of card payments are accepted. Extra beds: Any additional beds will be chargeable at £30.00 per bed per night and Baby cots are chargeable at £15.00 per cot per night. (All subject to availability) Family Pets: We do welcome pets in selected rooms and apartments; details are available on request. * Please note that we do charge £15.00 per night per dog and pet owners are responsible for any damages to guest’s rooms or public areas or noise disruption to other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damage. An additional night’s room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated.
