RECEPTION
Opening times
Monday to Saturday 07.30 – 22.00
Sunday and Bank Holidays 08.00 – 22.00
Should you need any assistance, a member of staff is always on the premises.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Our check-in time is from 14.30 and the latest check-out time is 11.00. We offer luggage storage at Reception and a sitting room for our guests should you require it.

GROUP BOOKINGS
If you are making a group booking (more than 3 rooms for the same or similar dates), please email us directly with the booking information so that we can try to arrange your rooms close together.

REGULAR AND RETURNING GUESTS
If you are one of our lovely regular or returning guests, and want to enquire about your preferred room, please telephone, email or ask in person to arrange your next stay.

PAYMENT
A Deposit is required to secure your reservation.
We require a deposit equal to one nights room rent per room at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
If you have used our websites ‘Book Now’ facility, you are agreeing for us to charge the credit/debit card you provided for the one night deposit per room.
If you have telephoned or emailed the Hotel directly, you will be sent an email with different methods of making your required deposit payment.
If you have booked via an online travel agent, we will charge the credit/debit card provided for the one nights deposit per room on receiving the reservation, as described on the agents website.

The remaining balance must be paid by the guest on or before departure. This payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash sterling. Crescent Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card provided for the deposit for any outstanding balances not settled in full on departure.

ACCESSIBILITY
The Hotel has no lift due to its age and Listed Building status. If The stairs are an issue for you, please contact the Hotel directly so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. All Single with Shower rooms are on the top floor.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know at the time of booking whether you have a special dietary requirement. We are able to accommodate most requests. We buy specialist foods in as and when required. We do not have separate cooking or preparation facilities for specialist items. We do our best to avoid contact between specialist items and our regular products. If you have a sever allergy, please speak to our Reception staff to discuss how we can help. Our kitchen prepares foods that may contain any of the 14 legally notifiable allergens.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the price of your room.
Monday to Saturday - The breakfast room opens at 07.15 for you to help yourself to the cold breakfast selection. Cooked breakfast is available from 07.30. Breakfast service finishes at 09.00.
Sunday and Bank Holidays - The breakfast room opens at 07.45 for you to help yourself to the cold breakfast selection. Cooked breakfast is available from 08.00. Breakfast service finishes at 09.30.
The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor, the stairs are next to Reception. When you arrive at breakfast, please find yourself a seat (tables may need to be shared during busy periods) and help yourself to the cold selection. Your server will then take your order for cooked breakfast.

CHILDREN
All children are welcome. Children under the age of 2 years can stay at the hotel for free. We have baby cots/cribs available (max weight 14 kg; max length 89 cm). Please let us know on making the reservation if you require a baby cot/crib. This option is not available in Singles with shared facilities or Singles with shower.

PETS
We are unable to accommodate pets. However, Assistance Dogs are very welcome. Please let us know when making the reservation, so that we can try and accommodate you near one of our outdoor courtyards.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Hotel (this includes e-cigarettes). Guests who are found to have been smoking on the premises will be charged up to £100 to cover the cost of cleaning all the soft furnishings to remove the smell for the next guest.

DAMAGES and MISDEMEANOURS
Crescent Hotel prides itself on providing a pleasant and safe environment for its guests and staff. Please remain mindful of your fellow guests, our staff and property.
Whilst we are understanding of accidental damage, we reserve the right to charge guests for any damages to hotel property; accidental or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

DIRECT BOOKINGS
We take 1 nights deposit per room at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
7 day cancellation policy. We require 7 days notice, prior to the arrival date, to refund your deposit. With less than 7 days notice the deposit will be forfeit, this includes no-shows.
BOOKING.COM
We take 1 nights deposit per room at the time of booking to secure your reservation. There will be no refund if your booking is cancelled at any time after reservation.
