Cancellation Policy

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION The Falcon Hotel has a free cancellation policy, which is up to 2pm two days prior to arrival. All cancellations after which, or non-arrival, will be charged the booking in full. Please note, all discounted rates are not changeable and non-refundable. Non-Availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. FUNCTION OR EVENTS CANCELLATION. All deposits are non refundable. A £10 per person deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking. These deposit is strictly *NON REFUNDABLE* and cannot be used for other goods. No refunds will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests. We will try to accommodate table seating requests but fluctuating numbers sometimes make changes unavoidable.
