Due to recent events we must highlight that there is a strict NO SMOKING policy in place. Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Smoking in a non smoking area is a criminal offence. As a result of smoking in bedrooms/communal areas there will a fixed automatic charge of £100 this is not negotiable. **** Our aim is to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible so if there is anything you need or are unsure about please just ask. TERMS & CONDITIONS Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible. SPECIAL NOTES: PARKING Private parking is limited to approximately 6 spaces, but there is a public carpark that runs along the side of the hotel. Charges are applicable but parking is free in this area from 6pm - 8am. We have been advised that if a ticket is purchased after 18:01 (current cost for 2 hours is £1.80) this will provide you with parking the following day starting at 8:00am. Please feel free to contact the hotel for further information We do not have a lift so please telephone if stairs are a problem. Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage but we will send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue, if we are unable to re-let your room the night following your stay. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if your unacceptable behavior causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. The management will levy a charge of £35 per person, per night against any reservations where occupants exceed the number of agreed adults to a given room type. Arrival Check in is between 2pm and 10.30pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive after 22:00. Whilst we try and have all rooms ready by 3pm there maybe occasions where, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delay. The hotel reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non-operational and we cannot guarantee the room as booked but we do our utmost to facilitate the booking. Sunday Evening Restaurant The restaurant is not open for food on a Sunday evening, we do however offer a traditional Sunday lunch served till 2.30pm. Booking is recommended. Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Your bill for any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
