Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by 2pm, 3 days before arrival, is free. Later than 2pm, 3 days before arrival, we bill between 1 nights rate and the full price paid -- if we have already taken payment, we may attempt to resell the room prior to deciding on refunding late cancellations. Guests that do not arrive without warning will be charged the full price of their stay.
