Cancellation Policy

Please see below our cancellation policy: For our 11 rooms: All amendments and cancellations to be made by e -mail by 6pm one week prior to the arrival date. Any changes following this time will result in cancellation charges up to a maximum of two days at the daily rate booked. This is for our standard Room only rate. Non-refundable bookings will be charged the full room rate at the time of reservation and cannot be cancelled or modified. For our Mews houses: All amendments and cancellations to be made by e -mail by 6pm two weeks prior to the arrival date. Any changes following this time will result in cancellation charges up to a maximum of two days at the daily rate booked.
