Gingerman Ltd Guarantee Policy. Our policy is in place to protect our property and ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible experience to all our guests. Our policy can be changed or updated at any time and such changes take immediate effect. Room bookings must be made by adults aged 18 and over. All our rooms and mews are room only, breakfast is not included in the rate. Breakfast can be included for an additional £17 per person. If you wish to dine in our restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner we suggest booking in advance to avoid any disappointment. A hotel reservation will not guarantee you a table however, we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. Our standard rate provides a cancellation policy of up to 6pm 7 days before arrival, after which the full payment for the room will be taken. If you are booking more than 7 days before arrival, you will have the option to book our non-refundable rate which is a 10% discount off the standard rate however, payment will be taken in full at the time of reservation and is not cancellable or modifiable. The non-refundable rate is not available for our mews houses. All rooms and public spaces in our hotel and restaurant are operated under a smoke free policy (including e-cigarettes) and will levy a penalty if you breach this policy. We offer a range of room types and prices, which can change at any time depending on availability and demand. All rooms cater for double occupancy, some rooms have space for a travel cot or a camp bed at an additional charge and is subject to availability. All our hotel prices are inclusive of VAT. Please be aware that there is a £1 booking fee when you create the reservation for our system to verify the card provided. Payment is taken in advance for the room, any other bills accumulated can be settled at the reception desk using a relevant card. A valid credit or debit card will be pre-authorised on check-in to secure the use of the mini bar, any transferred restaurant items, or any damages. A credit card will hold the funds while the debit card will take the funds from the account, they will be released and return into your account within 5 business days (subject to longer wait times dependant on the issuing bank) If you must depart before our reception desk opens, we have a non-stop check-out form available in all our rooms, please sign the form, and place the room keys in the check-out box. Further information will be provided in your pre arrival email. If upon check-out you are found to have taken any hotel items, created any damages to the room or any of its contents (including stains, strong smells) or violated our non-smoking policy you will be subject to the applicable fee. By accepting these terms and conditions we reserve the right to charge the card at the amount that is applicable for the damages caused. The Check in time for guests staying in our hotel rooms is from 3pm. If you are staying in our Mews house the check-in time is from 4pm. Early check in is subject to availability for an additional fee. Please let the reception team know in advance if you would like to arrange early check in. Check-out is before 11am in the hotel rooms and before 10am in our Mews houses. Late check out is subject to availability for an additional fee. Please let the reception team know in advance if you would like to arrange a late check-out. An unauthorised check-out past the check-out time could result in a penalty. Dogs If you would like to stay with your canine/s, please contact the reception directly for availability as we only have a select few rooms that are dog friendly. There is an additional charge of £35 per night per dog. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs to stay per room and mews house. The additional charge includes the use of our dog beds, food and water bowls, a toy for your dog to keep plus the additional cleaning required after your departure. Guests will be liable to pay for any mess or damages caused by any wayward behaviour or cleanliness issues. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Please do not leave your dog/s unaccompanied in the room. The hotel does not accept liability for the loss, injury, or illness of your dog/s. If you wish to book a table in the restaurant with your furry friend/s, please contact our restaurant team directly as we only have a number of tables in our dog friendly areas. Cowshed We provide a selection of Cowshed products for your use during your stay. These products have been carefully selected to enhance a luxurious experience with us. Please be aware that while these products are for your full use during your staying with us, the products are not free to take home. If the cowshed products are found to be missing from the room on departure, the full amount will be charged. If you wish to purchase any of the cowshed products provided, please see the reception team who will be able to assist you with a new unopened product/s.
