Cancellation Policy

Standard 'Bed & Breakfast' Rate - You can cancel or amend your booking up to 14 days in advance of the date of arrival without penalty. After this time, the full amount will be charged to the card details provided and will become non-refundable and non-transferable. Private Hire - Block Booking Rate - A booking deposit of £200 is payable to secure the booking and is non-refundable & non-transferable. Should you cancel or want to amend your booking up to 30 days in advance of the date of arrival, you can do so without further penalty. After this time, the remainder will be charged, and become non-refundable and non-transferable.
