Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. If it is possible to re-let the property then your deposit will be refunded less an admin fee of £20.00. If you need to cancel after the balance has been paid, providing we can re-let the property 75% of the cost will be returned to you. It is advisable to take out insurance against cancellation. If, following a booking, the full balance is not paid on time, The Old Stone Barn shall notify the Visitor. If, after 7 days from the date on which the full balance is due, full payment has not been received by The Old Stone Barn (or an agreement reached) your booking may be cancelled.
