Cancellation Policy

If you have selected the flexible rate, should you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to 3pm on your arrival date. If you do have to cancel within twenty four hours’ of your due arrival you will incur a charge amounting to no more than your first night’s total rate. This will be debited from the card details given at the time of booking If you have 5 or more rooms booked and should you need to cancel your reservation with us, we do require 2 week's notice prior to your arrival date. If you do cancel within 2 weeks of arrival you may be subject to a charge amounting to no more than your first nights total rate for each room that cannot be resold. This will be debited from the Card Details given at the time of Reserving.
