Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO INFO@LIONINNHOTEL.CO.UK, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. VALENTINES RESERVATIONS ARE PAYMENT IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING AND MUST BE CANCELLED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. Individual room reservations can be cancelled up to mid-day on the day prior to arrival for a full refund. Rooms cancelled with shorter notice will be charged for the first night’s stay. Some discounted rates will require payment in full, at time of booking, but in all instances this will be clearly stated. Wedding Booking Cancellations: If 5 rooms or more have been reserved by the Bride and Groom and released to wedding guests the hotel will require 28 days cancellation notice for each individual room being cancelled. Cancellations after this time will be charged in full for the first nights stay, without exception. Group Booking Cancellations: Reservations of 5 rooms or more for the same check in date will require 28 days cancellation period. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions applied to your reservation at the point of booking. All cancellations should be made via email to info@lioninnhotel.co.uk If we are forced to close the hotel due as a result of any government instruction, bookings will be transferred to a later date or cancelled without charge. Advance Purchase Bookings: Where a discount has been applied to your room, or you are required to pay in full in at the time of booking, we will require 28 days cancellation notice.
