The Lion Inn – Terms & Conditions Prices All rates quoted are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast, VAT and service. Credit Cards Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking and authorisation taken to cover the cost of the stay. In the event of cancellation, the credit card will be used to cover the cancellation fee (see below). In some cases, payment will be required at the time of booking, but this will be clearly stated. All payment transactions processed online are handled by a third party gateway for secure and safe payment. Arrivals and Departures Check in is from 15:00 Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00. Damage or Deep Cleaning: Whilst we don't expect to find your room exactly as you found it, we do expect that it be in a reasonable condition. Any additional deep cleaning that may be required will warrant a £100.00 cleaning fee added to your card. All of our rooms have a no smoking policy. Should an odour of smoke be detected in your room we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of £100.00.
