Reservation and Booking: All reservations are subject to availability. Guests must provide valid identification and a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise or charge the provided credit/debit card for the total amount of the reservation or a security deposit upon check-in. Cancellation and Modification: Cancellations and modifications to reservations must be made in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice may result in cancellation of the entire reservation. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 14.00, and check-out time is 10.00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Room Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room type is specified at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra guests exceeding the specified occupancy. Payment: Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, is due upon check-in. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Damages and Lost Items: Guests are responsible for any damages to the hotel property caused by them during their stay. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Behavior and Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or illegal activities may result in eviction without refund. Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available. Pets are welcome at the hotel. You will need to notify us of any dogs coming. There is a £20 dog charge. Facilities and Amenities: The use of hotel facilities and amenities is at the guest's own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises. Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government restrictions. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes in advance.
