Cancellation Policy

Please note that a reservation is a legally binding contract. Please be advised that payment details are required upon booking and payment will be taken within 7 days of your booking. All cancellations must be notified by phone or email to ourselves and we will confirm receipt of this when received. Cancellations before 12pm the day before your arrival will receive a full refund. You will be charged the full amount for your stay for cancellations after this time.
