Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible. SPECIAL NOTES: Please be advised that payment details are required upon booking and payment will be taken within 7 days of your booking. We do not have a lift so please telephone if stairs are a problem. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour: Please take care with our accommodation. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if your unacceptable behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. We have a dog friendly Bar Area but we do not allow dogs in our rooms. Arrival: Check in is between 3pm and 10pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive after 10pm. Whilst we try and have all rooms ready by 3pm there may be occasions where, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delay. The Fox reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non-operational. Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Your bill for any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
