Terms & Conditions

For a General Booking we take a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay. You pay the remaining 50% when you check out. If you cancel your booking in line with our cancellation policy, a refund will be processed within 24 hours. If you book a Non-Refundable rate we take 100% of the cost and this is obviously non-refundable. If your room key is lost, or not returned, we reserve the right to make a £50 charge. Our check in desk closes at 22:00 daily. Late arrivals will carry a 'After hours check in' charge of £10 per hour for every hour after 22:00. Smokers will be charged £100 additional cleaning fine when smoking in any of our rooms. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
